Spent most of my time on your great pool deck drinking beer.

Rooftop pool with bar and Restaraunt. Breakfast was excellent and of great variety.

Didn’t like the sex street.

Better than expected

Good location and friendly staff. Room was spacious and air conditioned. The breakfast had a lot of options and food was really good and hygienic.

The bed mattress was a bit hard. Sometimes the noise from outside makes it hard to sleep but not too bad.

Pool area closes too early so you can't utilize it properly.

Wonderful

Clean nice rooms with a great beach view from the swimming pool!

The noise from the surrounding bars until 3am. But hey, it's Pattaya after all!

Clean room with view of Pattaya Bay. Well serviced daily. Great buffet breakfast and lovely pool area. Very happy.

Good Hotel Location but poor reception

I liked the breakfasts, the pool and the porter staff. The location is very good and the noise level was very low, considering how close we were to the nightlife.

I was very annoyed with the Reception Manager . I was charged an additional THB 200 per night to stay in the Superior room I had booked and paid for months ago earlier. I specifically said when I booked the room that I wanted a room with no smoking smells and a Superior room with sea views. They tried to stick me in a smelly room , looking at a dirty brick wall view. I was most upset and demanded that they put me into the room I paid for. The Manager then said that these rooms were fully booked , but suggested that if I pay an extra THB 200 per night she would find me a room that I wanted. As I had no alternative I paid it but was very pissed off with her. For that reason, this hotel has lost a 5 times customer. Dumb people.

It can be a great place or worse place. You need to know what you want.

The location is just great, right in the middle of nightlife area. The hotel is surrounded by many bars. The walking street is just 15mins away by walking.

Because the hotel is surrounded by clubs and bars, you won't find peace during your stay. Until 2-3am you can still hear the music. 3-4 am after those bars are closed, it's just the time for drunk people to make noises.

I stayed for 2 weeks and had a good experience

The room comfortable and kept clean.

The restaurant has a short order cook that has attitude if you come in the last 15 minutes for breakfast. Other than that, the staff in hotel and restaurant were pleasant.

it was central to central to all the places i needed.

The Beach could do with a tidy up and footpaths were uneven and dangerous to walk on,some taxi`s overcharging (meter`s not running)

The rooms were clean and tidy. The location was just perfect. The staff was very cooperative. Can't wait to be back here on my next trip to Pattaya.

There's nothing that I did not like about this place, absolutely loved it!

Hot water in the bathroom.

Hot water in the bathroom. In room coffee making. Excellent staff!

Stairs ruin this place, do not go there if you are disabled! Bed is too bloody hard PLUS too low down. Chairs are made for dwarfs, plus I tripped over the stupid legs sticking out the back of them if trying use at the small desk. These things are not only stupid, but DANGEROUS! Some noise from outside as commented by others. Will depend on just where your room is. The new wing is not so bad. Car parking is very restricted, and if not for the very attentive security staff, would not be usable. Some more English speaking staff in the restaurant would be good, after all, the place is catering for Farangs. Also need to make it clear just who has breakfast included, and who has to pay!

Feels like a home away from home highly recommended.

Stayed in many places throughout Thailand and this is by far the best. The room with the sea view is unbelievable value for money. Modern, clean and tidy. Great view. Great location. The staff are very very friendly and a pleasure to stay there. Highly recommended. The food is great too and cheap.

Good size room, nice big bed, good English TV and football coverage. Great breakfast buffet. Air conditioning very good.
